Missions
Anaheim First Christian Church has always had a strong commitment to Missionary Outreach. Each year, 16% of the General Fund giving is dedicated to support the following Mission Groups.
AMOR Ministries gives hope to homeless families through the construction of single family dwellings in Mexico and other needy countries. In their 30 years of ministry, has supervised thousands of church and college groups who, by hand, build AMOR Houses as a gift of Christ’s love. AFCC is an original supporting church of AMOR Ministries.
Atapa Sinlee, China, Myanmar, Cambodia and Thailand
Atapa, who comes from the Lisu Tribe of Thailand, is a gifted linguist who is also an effective evangelist among several tribal groups in Asia. Atapa is able to communicate the message of Christ in some of the most remote areas of the world.
Chad and Robin Courtney, Sierra Leone, Africa
The Courtneys, who have been working for several years in Chile, are in the process of leading a team of Chilean Church workers to Sierra Leone, Africa. Once established, they will be working as support staff to various medical, sanitation, farming and church planting endeavors.
Keith and Kathy Ham, Nairobi, Kenya
The Hams work with the extreme poor in Nairobi.
Hope International University, Fullerton, California
Hope International University, founded in 1928, has the goal of equipping believers for worldwide ministry through the various undergraduate and graduate programs it provides.
My Safe Harbor, Anaheim, CA
My Safe Harbor, located in AFCC’s Harbor House, is a non-profit corporation seeking to find ways of providing service to the at risk single population in the immediate neighborhood of AFCC.
James and Marta Khong, Myanmar
James and Marta Khong, national Burmese missionaries with New Mission Systems International, lead Myanmar Vision Ministries (MVM). Serving both unreached people groups as well as believers, MVM is a nationwide network of pastors, teachers, evangelists and volunteers whose passion is to impact this predominantly Buddhist country with God’s Gospel message. James leads efforts which include everything from graduate school level pastoral training, to humanitarian efforts, to youth ministry, to micro businesses - with the ultimate goal of reaching the

Bob and Peggy Kuest, Worldwide with NMSI
The Kuests travel around the world, providing Christian Leadership Seminars for both Missionaries local churches. They teach nationals to teach nationals.

Tavriski Christian Institute is located in Kherson, Ukraine. It trains Christian workers from Ukraine, Russia, Uzbekistan and other Muslim states in Middle Asia.
