Since beginning his first ministry in 1973, Pastor Gene served with churches and Christian Colleges in Missouri, Illinois, Texas and California, before coming to AFCC in 1999.  He is a graduate of both Lincoln Christian College and Seminary.  Gene married Marsha in 1975, with whom he has two daughters and two grandchildren.  Gene is an award winning fiber artist, designer and author who specializes in traditional hand hooked rugs.

Becky, who joined the staff at AFCC in 1993, serves as Minister of Worship and Neighborhood Engagement.  In her 40 years of professional ministry, she has served on the staff of congregations in Michigan and California, as well as a part of the Music Faculty at Hope International University.   She has also served as the Executive Director of the Nationa Church Music Converence since 1997. Married to Dan since 1974, they enjoy their three grown sons, as well and look forward to the birth of their first grandchild in 2010.

Hank, a Southern California native,  has been the Student Ministries Pastor (Jr. High, High School and College) at AFCC since 2007.  He is a graduate of Hope International University.   Since he worked his way through college as a line cook at Bucca di Beppos, he is a very popular addition to any cooking team at AFCC!  Hank  has been married to Kristiana since 2004.  In his spare time, he enjoys playing blues harmonica.

Although Tammy has been working in the Children’s Program (Birth through 6th Grade) at AFCC since 1994, she did not join the staff as Children’s Minister until 2006.  A graduate of Hope International University with both a BA and a MEd in Education, she has also taught 5 years in a Private Elementary school.  Happily married to Jim since 1993, they are the parents of 3 children.  In here free time she likes to scrapbook.
